Maretha's white vintage rose wedding cake

I made this 4 tier wedding cake for a bride in Cape Town in December.
Maretha requested a four tier moist chocolate cake soaked with chocolate liqueur and layered with chocolate ganache as well as chocolate butter cream. The cake served 120 guests for dessert.
